Kensai and Advantage Sale or Return: Try AudioSmile speakers in your home, with a sale or return purchase from AudioSmile. 1) Place an order for a pair of Kensai (or Kensai and Advantage) from the
'Purchase - Buy Direct' page. Your credit or debit card will be billed the cost of the order. To avoid the possibility of unwelcome interest charges on your credit card should you wish to return the products, we recommend that you place your order 20 days or more before your next card bill. 2) The speakers will be assembled, which takes about a week, and delivered to your door. Please sign as 'unchecked'. 3) Check the packaging and product very carefully for any sign of transit damage. If any is found, please inform us immediately. All AudioSmile products leave us in good condition. If we are not informed of damage upon delivery, we must assume it occurred in your care and a full refund may not be possible. Contact Details 4) Enjoy listening to the Kensai system for up to 10 days, in the relaxed comfort of your own home. 5) If you wish to keep the Kensai, then you need do nothing more. If you have decided to return the Kensai then simply let us know before the 10 days is finished. Pack them up and send them back to us in good condition. The customer is responsible for the safe packing and return of the product, so we recommend using insured carriage. AudioSmile will then issue a full refund minus P&P. |
