That is why we offer the Kensai with a 10 day sale or return policy, allowing you to hear them at home for the cost of postage. In Detail - how to try the Kensai at home

1) Place an order for a pair of Kensai in your chosen finish at the bottom of the main Kensai page. Your credit or debit card will be billed the cost of the Kensai at £2300 inc. VAT + P&P. To avoid the possibility of unwelcome interest charges on your credit card should you wish to return the Kensai, we recommend that you place your order 20 days or more before your next card bill.

2) The Kensai will be delivered to your door. Please sign as 'unchecked'.

3) Check the packaging and product very carefully for any sign of transit damage. If any is found, please inform us immediately. All AudioSmile products leave us in good condition. If we are not informed of damage upon delivery, then we must assume it occurred in your care and a full refund may not be possible. Contact Details

4) Enjoy listening to the Kensai for up to 10 days, in the relaxed comfort of your own home.

5) If you wish to keep the Kensai, then you need do nothing more. If you have decided to return the Kensai then simply let us know before the 10 days is up. Pack them up and send them back to us in good condition. The customer is responsible for the safe packing and return of the product, so we recommend using insured carriage. We will then issue a full refund minus P&P.
