The Ambience - Absorptive internal is a slim and stylish wall (or ceiling) panel. It is available in two sizes of 109cm x 109cm, or 60cm x 109cm, with a depth of 6cm.

Effective from 200Hz and up, the absorbent material used is of the highest quality, and works to a lower frequency than standard 'studio foam'. A thin reflective skin is coverers the absorbent material and ensures the panel has even absorption characteristics across the frequency range. Panels without this skin will absorb more sound at high frequencies and create an unbalanced, dead sounding room. The outside of the panel is covered in a high quality, acoustically transparent, flame retardant fabric. A large choice of colours is available.

Placed in the room at first reflection points, the Ambience, with absorptive internal, will reduce strong reflections and improve the reverb decay time. This brings greater control, definition and focus to the sound. Music will become more intimate, as though you are listening at the recording venue.

The 60cm width panel, as well as being useful at first reflections points, can be placed across a room corner to act as a bass trap. If you find the sound congested and boomy in the upper bass & lower midrange this is an ideal, affordable solution to bring tight, articulate bass.
